$300,000 settlement 

The plaintiffs in this case were a father and daughter who suffered injuries after being struck by a motor vehicle as they attempted to cross the street without using a crosswalk.  

The primary injuries were compression fracture, concussion, and road rash.  

The plaintiffs retained an accident reconstruction expert as the defendant contested liability. The matter was resolved soon after the plaintiffs’ accident reconstruction expert shared his opinions.
