Inverness Caledonian Thistle can offer new deals to current players who are out of contract this summer - Who might stay and who could go?
Inverness Caledonian Thistle are now looking to the future after securing their place in League One when they finished the campaign in seventh place.
Despite still being in administration, which they hope they can come out of on May 22, the club confirmed they can offer new deals to current players.
It was revealed earlier this year that at least 75 per cent of the entire playing squad’s contracts are up this summer.
With our information, along with contract lengths reported on transfermarkt.co.uk we look at whose contracts are about to expire.
Paul Allan
Arrived on a free transfer in August before the club went into administration in October.

The defensive midfielder was ever present at Caley Thistle throughout the season helping them to seventh place in League One.
Impressive for the club during the campaign, especially when they played at Montrose, scoring three times at Links Park this season, in 3-2 and 2-0 victories.
In an interview after the final game of the season, he was non committal about his future at Inverness and whether he moves on remains to be seen.
Ethan Cairns
Another youngster who featured in the Caley Thistle squad for the most of last season and in particular back-up on the bench for Billy Mckay.
Has plenty of experience at Highland League level playing for Strathspey Thistle, Fort William, Forres Mechanics and Banks O’Dee.
This season may have been seen as a learning curve as he did wrack up 18 appearances in total for the club. Could have a bigger part to play next season, especially if Billy Mckay decides to call his playing career a day.
Jake Davidson
A horrible campaign for the defender whose season was ended in November after being taken off the pitch by wheelchair.
A knee injury while playing against Alloa Athletic in a 1-0 victory resulted in him requiring surgery that ruled him out of action for the remainder of the 2024/25 season.
Davidson has had a turbulent time during his two years at Caley Thistle. Last season he was sent on loan to Hamilton Academical in League One by former manager Duncan Ferguson.
Hopefully Davidson will return to match fitness in time of the start of the next season, but it is unsure if that will be with Inverness.
Danny Devine
The Northern Irish footballer sounds like he is keen to remain at Inverness Caledonian Thistle next season and help the football club back to the Championship.
The 32-year-old is now five years into his second stint at the Caledonian Stadium, having previously played for Caley Thistle between 2013 and 2016.
Was appointed captain this season after the club went into administration and Billy Mckay became assistant coach.
In the most uncertain time of the club’s history, Devine showed real leadership skills to the team on the park to help them escape relegation even with a 15-point deduction. His experience on the park would be vital in helping the team carry on post administration.
Musa Dibaga
One of the real success stories from last season. The goalkeeper was relatively unknown when he signed in August and his only previous experience was at Lowland League level with Bo’Ness United and Whitehill Welfare.
Was originally meant as back up to Jack Newman who was on loan from Dundee United.
But he took his chance when Newman was injured and became the club’s undisputed number one when Newman’s loan was terminated after the club went into administration.
Has become a real fans favourite and was named supporters’ player of the year for his performances in goal this season. He was also called up for Gambia in the World Cup qualifiers against Kenya and Ivory Coast in March for the first time, although did not play in either match. His performances are believed to have peaked interest from elsewhere, but will be high on the club’s priorities to retain this summer.
Charlie Gilmour
One of the star performers for Inverness Caledonian Thistle this season to help them escape relegation from League One as they were burdened with a 15-point deduction.
He was named the club’s players’ player of the year due to his excellent performances in the centre of the pitch. He never hid his ambition that Caley Thistle could have been capable of finishing in the Championship play-off spots, with only a dip on form in March costing them a place in the top four.
At 26, if he is offered the right deal, he may feel it is the right time to go and play at a higher level, which he is more than capable of doing. But Inverness could do with players of his ambition and talent in the squad next season.
Shae Keogh
Another teenager who was a familiar name on the Inverness Caledonian Thistle substitutes bench this season.
Made two appearances for the club last season in the final two matches of the campaign against Arbroath and Montrose.
Another player head coach Scott Kellacher may be looking at as one for the future at Inverness.
Luis Longstaff
Another footballer who is more than capable of playing at a higher level and being available on a free transfer may already have had enquiries.
Originally arrived from Cove Rangers in 2023, the former Liverpool youth has impressed when on top form for Inverness.
The second half of the campaign has been blighted with a hamstring injury he suffered in a 3-0 win over Annan Athletic in January.
Did make appearances in the final three matches of the season as he looked to get back match fitness.
Calum Macleod
Very promising teenage talent who caught the eye during his appearances for Inverness this season.
A product of the Inverness youth system and been on loan to Clachnacuddin, he made 29 appearances for Inverness this season, with 22 of those in League One.
Scored twice against Alloa Athletic in September and against Stenhousemuir in March. Definitely one for the future.
Billy Mckay
Billy Mckay will probably be at Inverness Caledonian Thistle next season. Whether that is as a player or only as a coach remains to be seen.
He became assistant coach after the club went into administration in October while still playing regularly up front for Inverness.
Only scored six goals in 43 matches for Inverness this season which was disappointing by his own high standards, which has left him questioning whether to carry on his playing career next season.
He has not made his mind up yet, but having always had ambitions to coach after his playing days were over, he may decide to concentrate on being Kellacher’s assistant next season.
Lewis Nicolson
A highly gifted young centre back who has been denied of reaching his full potential due to injury. Missed the entire 2024/25 campaign due to injury.
He suffered a major knee injury against Airdrie in a League Cup clash in 2023 and has struggled to regain fitness since.
His level of fitness may result in whether Nicolson remains at Caley Thistle next season.
Szymon Rebilas
Stepped up to become Caley Thistle’s number two goalkeeper behind Musa Dibaga once Jack Newman’s loan deal from Dundee United was terminated in October.
Made his only appearance for the club when Dibaga was forced off injured in the 2-0 defeat to Kelty Hearts in April.
Another player head coach Scott Kellacher may see as one for the future at Inverness.
Remi Savage
Signed an 18-month deal from Newcastle United in January 2024 under former manager Duncan Ferguson and has been a regular figure in the starting line-up.
Solid centre back who brought much needed experience along with Devine in the defensive line-up as the club achieved the best defensive record in League One this season only conceding 38 goals.
May be attracting interest from elsewhere, but Kellacher will be keen to retain his service for next season if possible.
Matthew Strachan
A young centre-back who is highly thought of by the Inverness Caledonian Thistle coaching team.
Made a total of 20 appearances throughout the 2024/25 campaign in all competitions, which included a handful of starts.
Is likely to receive a new contract post administration and could play a greater part in the first team next season.
Robbie Thompson
Arguably one of the most exciting young talents that has come through the Inverness Caledonian Thistle youth academy in recent years.
He really came to prominence when playing on loan at Clachnacuddin in the Highland League when he showed he was more than capable of playing at a higher level.
Perhaps hasn’t gone on to get as many first team opportunities as he would have liked, but perhaps still getting to grips with playing professionally.
If he can realise his potential, there is no doubt he could eventually break his way into the first team on a regular basis.
