I am happy to be a part of such an amazing and accomplished team, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds.”

Olivia Conley

Position: Controller

Location: HQ (Atlanta)

“After earning my accounting degree in 2014 while working full-time and raising a family, I began my career at Momentum Management, where I learned and grew under the guidance of Vicki Bott.  Over the past decade, I have built a strong foundation in financial reporting, analysis, and leadership.  Driven by a long-time goal, I began the journey of getting my CPA license in 2023 and obtained my CPA license in April 2025.  In March 2025 I was excited to return to Momentum as Controller, where I lead the accounting team and look forward to contributing to the continued growth and success of an amazing company.  I’m thankful to Randy and Vicki for their continued support and the opportunity to come back home to Momentum.”

Joe Chavez

Position: Northern California City Manager

“I’ve been working with Momentum for 6 years now, 11 years since I started my apprenticeship with Local 510. I started doing I&D labor, then got lucky and worked in the Freeman woodshop. After leaving the woodshop, I was back doing booth labor, until one beautiful spring morning I forgot to bring my toolbox to work. I ended up being sent to the graphics department to help sort and inventory. The foreman noticed my organizational aptitude, and ability to jump into a new situation and efficiently integrate. After that I began branching out my skillset, working in and eventually running the graphics department, and also becoming a show foreman.

My current position with Momentum started one morning before a show opened, I was walking to my graphics desk when I got stopped at a Momentum booth and was asked if I could fix some graphics mistakes. I came back later that night a knocked it out and was then offered some more graphics jobs. The rest is now history. I’m very much looking forward to my new position as City Manager, and the challenges and puzzles to solve in this new role.”

Reed Moskal

Position: Denver City Manager

“I was born into the industry, literally. I started building displays in my family’s shop by the time I was 10, not yet realizing the path I was on. Over the years, I gained experience in high-volume environments, restaurants, and catering, but it was on the show floor where I truly found my passion.

As a lead, I thrived in the fast-paced, hands-on energy of live events. Last year, I moved to Las Vegas and stepped into a Floor Manager role with Momentum. I’m incredibly grateful for the mentors and experiences I had there. The lessons I learned in Vegas are irreplaceable.

Now, I’m thrilled to be back in Denver as the City Manager, working with an amazing team and bringing everything I’ve learned full circle.”

Charles McGrail

Position: Nashville City Manager

“I’ve been in the tradeshow industry since 2017. Before I was in general contracting.  I have had a passion in the construction industry since I was young working on any project I can get my hands on. I’m a father of 3 now, traveled the industry and decided to make the move to Nashville in 2022 and have been loving every second of it. Landed my position working with Momentum in March of 2025 and couldn’t ask for a better opportunity and company to work for.”
