SUPERVISORS REPORT

*Approval of minutes of the regular meeting 12/5/17 and special meetings 11/28/17 and 11/29/17

*Approval of Warrant No. 26

1. ORDINANCE AMENDMENT: Adopt Ordinance 17-02 to amend Chapter 33, Article II, §33-4 Building Permits (1) so as to coincide with the International Building Code. (Baron)

2. LOCAL LAW: Adopt Local Law No. 6 of 2017 to regulate hydroponic commercial agricultural business uses. (Bell)

3. RETIREE REIMBURSEMENT: Authorize the reimbursement of the cost of Medicare Part B coverage for all eligible retired City employees and any eligible dependents, who retired prior to July 1, 2015, regardless of union affiliation or non-affiliation, and regardless of whether said retiree is enrolled in the City’s Medicare Advantage & Prescription Program. (Mayor)

4. MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING: Authorize the Mayor to sign the Memorandum of Understanding with City Attorney Nadine Bell. (Mayor)

5. AGREEMENT: Authorize the Mayor to sign the Agreement with Operation Wild Cats to provide feral cat control services for the year 2018 in an amount not to exceed $1,000. (Pulverenti)

6. MONTHLY REPORTS: Receive and place on file monthly reports from the Chamberlain, City Clerk, Comptroller, Fire Department, Housing Codes Enforcement, Police Department and Recreation Department.

7. AMUSEMENT DEVICE LICENSE: Approve the Amusement Device License for National Entertainment for the machines at Walmart. (Pulverenti)

8. CANVASS BIDS: Canvass and approve bids for chemicals used in water treatment. (Smolinski/Wells)

9. RESERVE FUND: Authorize establishing an Employee Benefit Accrued Liability Reserve Fund pursuant to General Municipal Law Section 6-p. (Wells)

10. WATER RATES & SERVICE CHARGES: Approve the 2018 Water Rates and 2018 Water Service Charges. (Smolinski)

11. MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS: Authorize the Mayor to sign the 2018 Prospect Street Maintenance Agreement and the 2018 Stockbridge Maintenance Agreement. (Smolinski)

12. BUDGET TRANSFERS: Approve budget transfers to reallocate funds for the 2017 Audit Services, for the interest on debt service, for a change order on the City Hall Security Project and for a contract signed on 10/714 for the WWTP Mitigation Project Construction phase, as the funds were not previously allocated. (Wells)
