Man caught trespassing at Taylor Swift’s Tribeca apartment

A man was busted Saturday night trying to sneak into Taylor Swift’s Tribeca apartment building, according to cops.

Police arrived at the building at the Franklin St. property just before 11 p.m. after receiving a call about a man trying to gain entry when the front door was opened, an NYPD rep said.

Suspect Hanks Johnson, 52, was arrested without incident, according to police.

Cops had an open warrant out on Johnson at the time because he missed an April 6 court date involving a prior October 2019 arrest, the NYPD said. Further details on the case were not immediately clear.

Swift, 31, purchased three apartments in the 10-unit building in 2018 and also owns the swanky $17 million townhouse next-door.

The “Love Story” singer has spent an eye-popping $47.7 million on properties on the block.
