Birmingham PD: Man, 29, killed in gas station shooting; 56-year-old woman critically injured

Investigators tell us 29-year-old Antione Collier of Birmingham was shot multiple times by two men. Police say Collier and his girlfriend were going inside a store when the duo opened fire. Collier was pronounced dead at the scene. His girlfriend wasn't harmed.
However, a 56-year-old was shot multiple times as she walked out of the store. Investigators said she wasn't targeted in the shooting.
"The gas station parking lot was covered with multiple spent shell casings. The victim (Mr. Collier) had been shot on two different occasions this year for allegedly stealing some illegal narcotics from another individual. He was also shot twice in separate incidents in 2016, Birmingham police said.

Birmingham police are investigating a double shooting at a gas station that left a man dead and critically injured a woman.
The shooting occurred about 1 p.m. at the Exxon gas station on Graymont Avenue West. Police say a man was pronounced dead at the scene and a woman was taken to the hospital, where she's listed in critical condition.
A third person was injured by glass shattered by the gunfire.
No arrests have been made.
